Thursday, there is a meeting of people who sit in silent meditation for one hour. The meditation is held at my office, 4 Park Plaza, Wyomissing, PA 19610. The room comfortably holds 12 people. Click on "Photos" to see where to turn off Park Road, a view of the building and the office, when set up for meditation. You have the option of sitting on the floor or on a chair. I have purchased a variety of meditation cushions for people to try. We also have water and tea available. Doors open at 4:30 so people can connect and catch up before the meditation begins.
