    OK, so I only rated him "Recommended" for bedside manner; He doesn't say "please" and "thank you", but he's great on diagnosis and communication. He did my left knee in 2001, it's been fine since, and I'm scheduling shoulder surgery…

    Pros: knowledgeable, good communicator, not a coddler Cons: very busy office
